We are now in the midst of preparation for the summer schedule.  There are a number of contacts which you will need in order to stay up with what we have planned.  We will have an email list for those of you who have turned in your information, for those who haven't you will need to stay in contact with the coaches, etc.

The email contacts for the coaches will be the following:

Dates for the above tournaments are posted on the website under schedule.  Check with your coaches to see who will be on the rosters for those particular tournaments.

Signing up for tournaments - Other that tournaments which require a roster verification, most tournaments are held on either a Saturday or Sunday depending on the gender and age.  We will post a sign-up sheet on the office door at the pool - it is up to the kids to sign up for tournaments at that time.  This process gives us an idea of just how many are planning on attending a particular tournament.  PLEASE do not just show up at a tournament without first signing up at the pool. 

Game times - this becomes a bit difficult for the coaches as most summer tournaments are constantly changing their times based upon teams adding or dropping.  We have set up an email list to get the information to you as quickly as we can (usually the Wed. or Thurs. before the tournament) please check your email frequently prior to a tournament to be sure that no changes have taken place.

Girls

Sat. June 17th is a scrimmage day with Davis and Rio at Rio Americano.  This is for all ages and groups, time will be posted at the pool.  Given the significance of the level of competition, if you can only make one of the weekend competitions we strongly encourage you to go on Sat. - check with your coaches

We have entered a girls 14, 16 and Open team for Sun. June 18th - sign-ups are on the door

JO qualifying for 16 and unders will be June 24 and 25, that same weekend the 18 and unders will be in Commerce

Boys

Currently Sat. June 17th at Merced - again check the doors for information

Junior Olympics qualifying will be June 24 and 25 for 16 and 18 and unders

Registration

Remember if you are intending to play in tournaments you must be registered with US Water Polo - you can do this online by going to the link that we provide.  Once you have registered please get the number to your coaches so we can add it to the master list.
