Registration Form & Information
Registration for the summer is $250. If
you have 2 children the cost is $350, and $100 for each child after that. In order to participate with
Modesto/Stanislaus Water Polo, you must be registered with US Water Polo.
The City of Modesto DOES NOT cover insurance in the event of accident. The
registration form for US Water Polo may be picked up at the pool or Click here
